God’s Unstoppable Plans: Let Christ Be Born in Your Heart Today

Posted on December 25, 2024 by Kate

Hakuna silaha yeyote iliyotumwa kinyume chetu itakayo faulu. That’s the song that has been in my spirit since yesterday, and even more so today. It’s the only song I’ve been singing on repeat like a broken record. Whenever a song sticks to my mind like this, I know there is a message God wants me to learn from it. For those who don’t understand Kiswahili, the song declares that no weapon formed or sent against you—no plan, word, or action that speaks contrary to what God says about you—will ever succeed.

This truth holds deep meaning for me, and it became even clearer today after our Bishop’s powerful teaching on the Christmas dream. He reminded us that nothing done against someone who carries a God-given dream will ever succeed in thwarting that dream. Consider the birth of Jesus: no force, no person, no circumstance could stop God’s plan.

When Joseph wanted to leave Mary after discovering her pregnancy, God intervened through an angel and prevented it. When King Herod sought to kill every child born in Bethlehem, God instructed Joseph to move his family to Egypt for safety. Even later, when Joseph wanted to return to Bethlehem, God redirected them to Nazareth, fulfilling prophecy.

This shows us that God’s plans are unstoppable. The birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, prophesied from Genesis when God told the serpent that the woman’s seed would crush its head, could not be hindered. Even though it took thousands of years, the promise was fulfilled in God’s perfect timing. Nothing the enemy plans against God’s children will ever succeed, for His purposes always prevail.

As we celebrate Christmas today, I urge you to reflect on this: are you among the people God calls His own? Has Christ been born in your heart today? This season is not just about marking the birth of Jesus in history but inviting Him into our hearts and lives.

If you don’t have a church to fellowship with, I warmly invite you to ours—Prophetic Increase Ministries in Ngong Town, adjacent to Milele Mall. We also have a special crossover kesha on 31st December, and I would love to see you there.

May Christ be born in your heart today as we celebrate His birth. Enjoy this beautiful day, knowing that God’s plans for you are good, and no weapon formed against you will ever prosper.

Have a beautiful day, wapendwa. 🖤
