That it\u2019s something you earn only after exhaustion. That rest is for the weak, the unmotivated, the unambitious. And so we push ourselves past tired, past depletion, past the whispers of our bodies asking us to slow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But rest is not the enemy. It\u2019s not laziness. It\u2019s not failure.<br>Rest is rhythm.<br>It\u2019s nature\u2019s breath.<br>It\u2019s the tide pulling back before it returns.<br>It\u2019s winter softening the soil before spring begins again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We forget that we <em>are<\/em> nature. We forget that we too are made for cycles\u2014of energy and stillness, doing and undoing, blooming and retreating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you rest, you\u2019re not quitting.<br>You\u2019re tuning back in.<br>You\u2019re returning to the wisdom you were born with, the same wisdom the earth lives by every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rest is not a break from real life. It\u2019s part of it. It\u2019s where healing happens. It\u2019s where your nervous system recalibrates. It\u2019s where your spirit exhales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So lie down without guilt.
