That\u2019s what keeps it alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And honestly, I\u2019m learning to see my career the same way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not just about pushing harder or proving myself. It\u2019s about knowing when to hold steady and when to shift course. Resilience keeps me grounded when things get hard\u2014when projects fall through, or rejections pile up, or I start questioning if I\u2019m good enough. But adaptation is what keeps me growing. It\u2019s what lets me try new things, learn new skills, and say yes to unexpected paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some seasons are for surviving. Others are for blooming.
