But what if \u201cletting go\u201d isn\u2019t failure at all? What if it\u2019s freedom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m not letting myself go. I\u2019m letting go of years spent battling my body, policing my plate, obsessing over mirrors and scales. I\u2019m letting go of the voices that told me I had to earn rest, joy, or love by shrinking myself. I\u2019m done punishing myself for being human\u2014for having curves, cravings, emotions, and limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I\u2019m choosing instead is care. Nourishment. Joyful movement, not forced workouts. Clothes that feel like kindness on my skin. Days where I eat what my body asks for, without shame. I\u2019m letting go of pain dressed up as discipline. I\u2019m choosing a relationship with myself that\u2019s built on respect, not control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Letting go isn\u2019t giving up. It\u2019s giving myself back. Back to the version of me that laughs fully, plays without fear, and shows up in life without constantly second-guessing her worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u2019m not losing myself.
