Like who you are right now isn\u2019t quite good enough\u2014just a few changes away from being \u201cworthy.\u201d Thinner. Quieter. More accomplished. Less emotional. More agreeable. Less <em>you.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that\u2019s a lie we\u2019ve been sold for far too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The truth is, you don\u2019t need to earn your worth. It\u2019s not a reward for self-improvement or a prize for those who fit the mold. You were born with it. It\u2019s steady. It doesn\u2019t vanish when you gain weight, lose your job, cry in public, mess up a relationship, or need help. It\u2019s still there. Right under the skin. Right in your heartbeat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sure, we grow. We evolve. But not because we\u2019re unworthy as we are\u2014because we\u2019re alive and learning. There\u2019s a huge difference. Real change, when it comes, should feel like coming <em>home<\/em> to yourself, not running from who you are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So no, I don\u2019t need to become a version of myself that makes others more comfortable in order to deserve love or joy or peace. I don\u2019t have to constantly hustle for approval. I am worthy now. Even in my mess. Even in my softness.
