Sometimes, the way forward changes because of obstacles, new opportunities, or simply because life shifts around us. And that\u2019s okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like a river, I can learn to be flexible and adaptable. If one route gets blocked, I don\u2019t have to stop or give up. I can find a new way, curve around the challenge, and keep moving forward. Sometimes the detours lead to unexpected places, places that help me grow in ways I hadn\u2019t imagined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being open to change in my career means trusting myself to handle whatever comes. It\u2019s about flow\u2014letting things move naturally, adjusting my course when needed, and keeping my eyes on the bigger picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just as rivers keep going, carving new paths through the landscape, I can keep shaping my career with flexibility and resilience.
