Everything alive changes. Trees drop their leaves, rivers shift course, animals grow new coats, and the sky never looks exactly the same two days in a row. Change isn\u2019t the exception in nature\u2014it\u2019s the rule. And I\u2019m part of that same living world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That means I\u2019m not failing when life changes. I\u2019m not broken when I shift directions. I\u2019m simply doing what every living thing does: adapting, adjusting, continuing. It\u2019s in my biology to change. It\u2019s how I\u2019ve made it through hard seasons, how I\u2019ve rebuilt after heartbreak, how I\u2019ve found new beginnings after loss. I might not always feel ready, but my body, my instincts, and my mind know what to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes I need to slow down, shed the old, and grow in a different direction. Sometimes I need to stretch in ways I never imagined. But I remind myself: I was never meant to stay the same. I was made to move, to learn, to evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So when everything around me shifts, I breathe. I root myself in the truth that I am part of something much bigger, something that has always known how to keep going. I\u2019m allowed to change.
