The earth doesn\u2019t stay the same all year. It blooms, sheds, rests, and grows again\u2014without apology. There\u2019s no shame in winter. No guilt in spring. And I\u2019m starting to see that my career, my path, can be just as cyclical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are times when I\u2019ve pushed, achieved, climbed. And there are times when I\u2019ve paused, changed course, or started over completely. For a long time, I thought that made me unstable or lost. But nature shows me something different. It shows me that renewal is not failure\u2014it\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s okay to outgrow a role. It\u2019s okay to crave something different. It\u2019s okay to start again, not because I failed, but because I\u2019m still growing. The way trees shed their leaves to make room for new growth, I can let go of what no longer fits. The way flowers bloom again each year, I can rise again\u2014different, stronger, and more in tune with who I am now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My career doesn\u2019t have to be a straight line. It can be seasonal. It can breathe. It can rest and reawaken. And that doesn\u2019t make me flaky or behind\u2014it makes me alive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
