But I\u2019ve learned that when I truly pay attention to what my body needs\u2014rest when I\u2019m tired, food when I\u2019m hungry, space when I feel overwhelmed\u2014I\u2019m doing more than just taking care of flesh and bones. I\u2019m honoring the life inside me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My body is the home for everything that makes me who I am\u2014my thoughts, my feelings, my memories, my strength. When I meet its needs, I\u2019m nurturing the very core of my being. It\u2019s like tending a garden: if I ignore it, the plants wilt; but if I care for it gently, everything grows stronger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn\u2019t about perfection or punishment. It\u2019s about respect. Respecting that I\u2019m alive, that my body carries my story, and that its needs are valid.
