That\u2019s how I\u2019ve come to see change in my own life. It\u2019s not always loud. It\u2019s not always fast. It\u2019s not even always visible. But when I keep showing up\u2014when I keep choosing what matters to me, even in tiny ways\u2014I begin to carve a new path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It might not look like much at first. Just a small shift in how I speak to myself. One boundary. One \u201cno\u201d that protects my peace. One \u201cyes\u201d that lets joy in. But over time, these choices reshape me. They redirect my energy, my future, and the kind of life I\u2019m building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I used to think I needed a huge breakthrough to start over. Now I know I just need persistence. Like water, I don\u2019t have to be forceful\u2014I just have to keep flowing in the direction of truth, healing, and hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And even if I hit resistance, even if it takes time, I remind myself that rivers don\u2019t stop when they meet rock. They flow around it. Over it. Through it. Eventually, they find a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
