You don\u2019t have to have it all figured out to take up space. You can be grieving, confused, angry, tired, or afraid\u2014and still be deserving of love, respect, and gentleness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We live in a world that often rewards polished versions of ourselves. But healing, growing, and simply surviving can be messy. Some days you might cry over nothing. Some days you might miss a deadline, snap at someone you love, or forget to eat. That doesn\u2019t make you bad or broken. It just makes you human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your worth was never meant to be measured by how well you hold yourself together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Showing up messy means you\u2019re still showing up. It means you\u2019re trying, even when it\u2019s hard. It means you\u2019re not hiding behind a mask or pretending everything is fine when it\u2019s not. And that kind of courage\u2014that raw, honest presence\u2014is powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re allowed to be seen exactly as you are. Not once you\u2019ve fixed everything. Not once you\u2019ve stopped crying. Not once you\u2019ve \u201chealed.\u201d But right here, right now\u2014in the middle of it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t have to earn your place in the world by being tidy and polished.
