It might be a smile from a friend, a song that lifts your spirit, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allowing joy alongside pain doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019re ignoring your struggles or pretending everything is fine. It means you\u2019re being gentle with yourself, recognizing that life has both light and dark parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, remind yourself:<br><strong>It\u2019s okay to feel joy and pain at the same time.
