No final version of you that\u2019s perfect, healed, polished, and always in control. That version doesn\u2019t exist\u2014not for anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are allowed to still be figuring things out. You are allowed to feel messy, inconsistent, confused, tired, and hopeful all at once. That doesn\u2019t make you broken. That makes you <em>real<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Growth doesn\u2019t look like a straight line. Some days you\u2019ll feel strong and clear. Other days, old wounds will ache. You might fall back into patterns you thought you\u2019d outgrown. That\u2019s not failure\u2014it\u2019s part of how the brain rewires itself. Real healing is slow, layered, and non-linear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturalism teaches us that change happens gradually, through experience and repetition. The same way the body rebuilds itself cell by cell, the mind rewires itself moment by moment. It takes time. It takes patience. It takes permission to be unfinished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Say this to yourself today:<br><strong>\u201cI am a work in progress, and that is okay. I don\u2019t need to be perfect to be worthy of love, rest, or belonging.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let go of the pressure to be done.
