You might fall back into patterns you thought you\u2019d outgrown. That\u2019s not failure\u2014it\u2019s part of how the brain rewires itself. Real healing is slow, layered, and non-linear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Naturalism teaches us that change happens gradually, through experience and repetition. The same way the body rebuilds itself cell by cell, the mind rewires itself moment by moment. It takes time. It takes patience.
