Maybe you had to be the helper, the good girl, the peacemaker. Maybe you were praised when you kept quiet or gave more than you had. So somewhere along the way, you started to believe your worth was tied to how much you could give, fix, or sacrifice.

But here’s the truth: your worth doesn’t live in how others see you. It lives in the fact that you exist.

You’re not here to be consumed by others’ needs or expectations. You’re allowed to take up space, be complex, be tired, have boundaries, say no, want more, want less, and just be—without trying to justify it.

You don’t need to prove you’re a good mother, a good partner, a good daughter, a good person. You already are enough.

Say this to yourself today:

“I am allowed to exist without proving anything to anyone. My worth is not a performance. It’s a fact.”

Let yourself rest. Let yourself be. That’s enough.

You don’t have to earn love by being useful.
